We have available private rooms and Lash Lounge tables to rent for your spa business!

We have TWO locations, Downtown Salt Lake and Taylorsville

Our Downtown SLC location is located at 440 East 400 South, Suite 300 — located right along University Blvd. next to Coffee Break. It’s conveniently located near SLC’s Central Business District and near several recently developed giant condominium buildings.

Our Taylorsville location is located at 5665 South Redwood Road, Suite 3 — in the Business Park behind the Department of Workforce Services. It provides easy access to I-215 freeway and is in close proximity to busy shopping complex, office buildings, and lots of homes. Competition in the area is sparse for spa services.

Amanda, the owner, is a Master Esthetician working out of the newer SLC location for her own services.

Rooms for rent are fully furnished and decorated, including sheets, towels, and a hot towel cabinet. Many different sized rooms (all with windows) available. Our affordable private room rental costs range around $400-$500 per month in Taylorsville and $600-$700 per month in Downtown SLC.

We also offer tables in our Lash Lounge areas in each location  (only 2-3 tables in each) ranging in cost between $250-$350 per month depending on location. Our hope is you can build a good clientele at this affordable price to then move up to one of our private rooms as you flourish with your new business!

Additionally, you get your own webpage on our website to list your services, provide a bio, and show online and/or over the phone booking information. We can also help you with setting up your online booking services, a Google Voice phone number, and online marketing.

We provide leases that can include your choice of month at half price, and discounted rates to start out (based on signing one-year leases versus six-month leases). We are invested in providing a great Spa atmosphere to clients, and want to bring in great spa professionals.

Be your own boss! You’re in charge of your own schedule and prices!

Consider how much you could make. For example, if you charged just $60 for a service and worked 5 days a week only doing one service per day that’s $1,200! That’s a profit of approximately $700-$800 a month after rent – doing just one service a day! Now imagine doing several a day!


You won’t find a more affordable rental experience! We offer a spa atmosphere, so your clients will be coming to a beautiful, relaxing space.
